Overview
Capital Times is an investment boutique with a good experience of the successful projects implementation in the field of mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, restructuring and asset management.
The company was founded in August 2006 by like-minded professionals hàving successful long-term experience in the financial sector of numerous countries. The team has unique experience of cross-border and up-country transactions, and obtained rich records in managing of clients’ assets.
The concept of Capital Times’ structure is an independent partnership.
Since September 2009, the first of the CIS’s companies, the Capital Times became a member of «M&A Europe» association, joining a major international pool of investment boutiques.
This fact allows us to implement international projects of our clients quickly and effectively.

Sergey works at the company since it was founded. He held a number of successful transactions in M & A and investment consulting (Ukraine, Belarus).
Among them are: expansion of the Ukrainian "Delta Bank" to the Belarusian market – buying of ATOM Bank; attraction of financial investor for a retail chain "Rodnaya Storona" (cooperation still continues); Sale of IFD Kapital Group (Ukraine) pension business. He has a 10 years experience on securities markets of Russia, countries of CIS and Eastern Europe. His works on the Ukrainian securities market since 1998. Since 2003 he managed the company, which was a leader of the securities market. He also has the experience in banking.
Graduating the Belarusian State Economic University in 1998 he worked in a banking system of the Republic of Belarus. He received a Master degree in “Finance and credit” and in “Business administration”; he also received a post-graduated course in science and research institute of the Belarusian Ministry of Economics.
Currently Sergey is enrolled in Senior Executive MBA program at the Business School of MIM-Kyiv.

Mr. Nayman works as head of Investment Banking at Ukrsotsbank (UnicreditBank) since 2002. In 2001-2002, he worked as investment managing director at «Interregional Investment Company» (Millennium Capital» - in present time). In 1998-2001, he worked as portfolio manager at «Polar-Invest». In 1997-1998, he worked as equity analytic at Alfa Capital.
Mr. Nayman organised bond issuing for NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, Ukrtransgaz, The Southwest Railway, Kiev City, Concern Galnaftogaz, Dneproshina, LuAz, Molis, Oranta Ukraine, Foxtrot Group, etc.
Mr. Nayman graduated from the Novosibirsk State Academy of Economy and Management
In 1998, 1999 and 2004 on interrogation of the newspaper "Business" entered into the five of the most influential persons on Ukrainian stock market.

Mr. Zhabenko is responsible for business development in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and structuring transactions in Ukraine. He works in the Company since 2008.
Prior to joining Capital Times, Mr. Zhabenko held several senior positions at leading Ukrainian banks and Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange (1997-2004); in 2004 to 2008, Director of M&A at Larive Ukraine.He was in charge of a number of complex deals, including, selling of the 50% of the Ukrainian logistic and transportation company to the Dutch company Verhoeven Logistics, provide M&A advise to the Non-State Pension Fund (NPF) Prva pokojninska druzba d.d. (Slovenia) during its entering Ukraine, selling of the NPF in Ukraine of the Russian financial group IFD Kapital to local strategic investor.
Mr. Zhabenko received a Masters in Business Administration from Kiev State University of Economics in 1997.
Yuferev Dementiy

In the company Dementiy is responsible for the management and development of M&A projects in Belarus. He worked for a number of subsidiaries of the Lithuanian holding company UBIG (one of them was an investment project with a total value of EURO 300 million). Since 1998 he has been working for a broad spectrum of institutional financial market participants. Since 2001 Dementiy has been the head of the department of OJSC Derzhavainvest, which is one of the leading Belarusian securities dealers. As a result of his deep understanding of the Belarusian securities market and excellent management skills in
2004 the average monthly turnover of the department reached $5 million. Furthermore, his efforts were instrumental in placing the company in the TOP-5 among the Belarusian stock market operators, ranked by the number of transactions registered at the Belarusian Stock Exchange.
Dementiy graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University.
Since then he has been constantly working on the improvement of his professional skills at leading business education institutions in Minsk and Moscow.
