Dmitriy Glazounov heads the Company practice supporting various securitization projects. Alexander Timofeev leads the Company’s practice related to fixed income instruments issue support, as well as public and private stock placement. Radmila Grevtsova has graduated (with honors) from the Kiev Institute of International Relations (the International Law School) at the Taras Shevchenko Kiev National University, followed by postgraduate study at V.M.Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine majoring in "Criminal law, criminology, and law of criminal procedure". Ms. Grevtsova has a PhD in law, and holds the title of Assistant Professor of the Barrister Academy of the Ukraine.
