Elena is professional financier, auditor and expert-profiler with more than 14 tear of experience in consulting. Elena’s practice includes more than 6 years of work in audit department of PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Since 2004 Elena specializes on investment consulting and execution of complex projects on pre-investment analysis of businesses within investment deals.

During her professional practice Elena has taken part in more than 150 consulting projects including Due Diligence, audit, preparation of management accounts, financial investigations, financial and investment consulting, software licensing verifications.

Under Elena’s supervision there were executed tens of Due Diligence projects for the leading Private Equity funds like Mint Capital, Alfa Capital Partners, Troika Capital Partners, Quadriga Capital, Baring Vostok.

Elena has graduated from economic faculty of State Univesity High School of Economics (Master degree on finance and credit specialization).

ACCA qualified (Great Britain).
