Andrei N. Reznik is a partner at ReKa since the Company’s foundation back in 2003. Andrei is involved in audit support projects; he is also occupied with corporate fundraising (debt and equity) projects.
In the past, Andrei was an audit manager at Deloitte & Touche. As a part of outsourcing project, he was CFO of OAO “National Telecommunications” in 2007-2008..
Andrei graduated from Plekhanov’s Academy of Economics. He is also a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Peregudov Mikhail

Mikhail M. Peregudov is head of Corporate Reporting Assistance at ReKa since 2008. Besides managing IFRS and management accounting projects, Mikhail is also involved in tax advisory services. Having a profound command of several foreign languages, he is also held responsible for work with foreign clients.
Earlier, Mikhail was employed with KPMG, and immediately before joining ReKa he was a deputy general director in one of Russia’s consulting companies.
Mikhail graduated from London School of Economics. He is to become a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Chalov Denis

Denis M. Chalov is head of IT services at ReKa since 2008. Denis has more than 10 years of experience in implementation of various accounting software, as well as setting up and modernizing IT systems in a wide range of companies.
Before joining ReKa, Denis was a project manager in a number of large IT service providers: Scala Business Solutions, Epicor è Intercomp Technologies.
Denis is a graduate of Moscow Institute for Electronics and Mathematics. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics.
Solzhenitsyna Nadezhda

Nadezhda P. Solzhenitsyna is a partner at ReKa since the Company’s foundation. She is responsible for client attraction and for quality control review. Nadezhda also takes part regularly in due diligence projects.
Before ReKa Group was established, Nadezhda used to work in transaction services department at KPMG, where she had been with audit department earlier.
Nadezhda has a degree in financial accounting and audit from GUU (State University of Management). She has also obtained membership in Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Evgeniy V. Kruchinin is with ReKa since 2009. Evgeniy is head of valuation services, he participates in a wide range of business appraisal and asset valuation projects.
Before joinin ReKa, Evgeny was employed with various valuation service providers.
Evgeny graduated from Plekhanov’s Academy of Economics in 2000. He also holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and is registered with the regulatory bodies as a certified appraiser.
