Dmitriy Glazounov is one of the firm's founders. He has 15 years' experience providing legal advice, both as a consultant and in-house in a corporate environment. He has also worked in public service as a member of the Federal Commission for the Securities Market (FCSM of Russia) and in executive positions at Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending.

He is an expert in civil legislation, including the laws on joint-stock companies, the securities market, banks and banking. His professional experience also includes developing and advising on innovative mechanisms of investment in securities of major Russian issuers, and he has extensive knowledge of legal regulation of the issuance and trading of securities in the US and western Europe, as well as contemporary disclosure requirements on foreign equity markets. He has unique experience drafting legislation on securitization and mortgage lending and has worked extensively in these spheres.
