Dmitriy Chepurenko has 14 years' experience in-house with the legal departments of leading Russian companies (including some of the largest metallurgical enterprises) and legal consultants. He has worked at Liniya Prava for more than 5 years.

Areas of specialization:

representing clients in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitrazh courts;
corporate law;
insolvency.

He is an expert in procedural law, civil litigation and arbitrazh court proceedings. Dmitriy has conducted more than 200 cases, over 90% of which resulted in a favourable outcome for the client. He has successfully litigated cases for companies such as Deutsche Bank, Parex Banka, Razgulyai Group, Tractor Factories, OJSC Atomredmetzoloto, OJSC Intellect Telekom, OJSC Koks, OJSC Nutrinvestholding, OJSC Sberbank of Russia, Sevkabel Holding, Industrial-Metallurgical Holding and numerous other Russian companies across a range of industries.

He graduated from the faculty of jurisprudence of Far Eastern State University in 1998.
