One of the firm's founders, Alexander Timofeev has been practicing law for more than 15 years. He coordinates the provision of advice on the issuance of fixed-income instruments, public and private share placements by Russian companies, transaction structuring, preparation of documents required under Russian law, and registration of securities issues with the Federal Financial Markets Service and the Bank of Russia. Alexander is an expert on corporate governance, information disclosure and listing procedures on Russian and foreign stock markets.

He has extensive experience advising on corporate reorganizations, share issues in the framework of reorganization, and optimization of corporate structuring, including ahead of public or private placements of shares. Alexander also has experience advising on foreign investment and PPP projects.
