David also has significant experience at a leading international law firm in Moscow advising clients on Subsoil & Natural Resources transactions as well as Corporate Finance and M&A.
Among the most significant projects in which David participated are the following:
· Advising a major international mining group on acquisition of assets in Russia amounting to $300 mln, including legal due diligence, drafting legal documents on sale and purchase of assets, antimonopoly compliance, and compliance process regarding foreign investment in strategic areas;
· Advising a major foreign group on acquisition of shares amounting to $100 mln in a leading Russian food company, including drafting of share and purchase legal documents, deal structuring and antimonopoly compliance;
· Advising a major Russian group on acquisition of a number of core businesses in oil product sales area;
· Advising a major Russian mining company on IPO on the Main List LSE, including full legal due diligence of assets
