Mr. Kliachkin is a counsel with the firm specializing in questions of corporate law. Mr. Kliachkin graduated with distinction from the faculty of law at the Lomonosov Moscow State University and is a member of the Moscow City Bar Association. Mr. Kliachkin speaks English. Before joining the firm Mr Kliachkin was an attorney at a large Russian legal firm, and an attorney for the All-Russia State Broadcasting Company.
