Capital Markets

Liniya Prava advises on national and cross-border transactions with equity and debt capital. We have advised on more than 300 share issues and bond offerings and have been involved in over 50 offerings at Russian and international stock exchanges (including IPOs and offers to strategic investors).
Our track record includes listings at Russian and foreign stock exchanges for leading Russian FMCG producers, financial and investment firms, mining and metallurgical holdings, real estate developers, IT companies and others. Project Finance and PPP

Liniya Prava has experience in advising representatives of state and private capital on financing arrangements, including preparation of transaction documents, in a diverse range of transactions of varying complexity and duration.
We provide legal advice on the issuance of bonds for infrastructure finance, financing of projects through leasing arrangements, investment lending, project finance through securities and equity acquisitions, establishment of new companies with equity participation by the project initiator and the attraction of co-investors and financing of investment projects by raising foreign capital.

We developed and implemented several new mechanisms for mixed restructuring of local bond debts, which could provide the debt market with instruments to save companies during the crisis.
